About your Booking 

How can I Book

All bookings can be done online or by telephone.

How can I make a payment 

You can make a payment online or with a secure payment link, standing order, cash or by a bank transfer . all payment should be paid the morning the cleaner is attending the premises you will receive your invoice before your cleaner attends the Premises.

Can I specify the day the cleaner comes

Yes, the cleaner will be scheduled on a day that is suitable for  you 

Who supplies the cleaning products

 you are expected to provide all cleaning products, how ever we will be happy to provide our cleaning products for an additional fee of £5

Will I have the same cleaner every week

Yes, you will have the same cleaner every week 

What is the minimum hours per visit

We recommend a minimum of 2 hours per week cleaning

Can I make my own list cleaning list

Yes, you can make your own cleaning list 

 

Are the cleaner insured

Yes, all cleaner are covered by public Liability insurance

How can my cleaner  access my home

  • you can be at home
  • Leave the key in a safe place
  • Leave a key with your regular cleaner

Can I cancel my booking 

Yes, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours or the payment will be non refundable. 

Am I under contract

No, you are not under contract all we require is 30 days notice

Do I have any forms to fill in 

yes, you will have a form to fill in with general information about you and your home.

What if my cleaner is sick or on holiday

if your cleaner is sick we will contact you and arrange a replacement. if your cleaner is on holiday we will give you 7 days notice before your cleaner goes on holiday and arrange a replacement.

My cleaner didn't turn up 

If your cleaner didn't turn up please contact us via our contact page of by telephone

What are your opening hours

 We are open  6 days a week from Monday- Friday 9am- 6pm, Sat 9-4pm. we are not open on bank holidays and major holidays.

Am going on holiday can I put my clean on hold

you can put your clean on hold, but we do recommend  having a deep clean while your away so you can come back to a lovely clean home.
