Our terms and conditions provide clarity on our services and expectations for both our clients and our team. By hiring our expert cleaners, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines. Mills Maid reserve the right to change the initial quotation if the clients original requirements change upon inspection of the property by us 

Booking and Cancellation Policy

  •  All bookings must be made in advance, and cancellations should be communicated at least twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • All booking are subject to acceptance by Mills Maid we will send you a conformation letter confirming acceptance of your booking.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking without notice or cause if you violate any of the terms, you permission to use the service and website will be terminated.
  • if your cleaner is unable to gain entry to start the cleaning job you will be charged the full price of the booking.

 Service Guarantee

  •  We strive for excellence in every clean. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within twenty-four hours, and we will make it right at no additional cost. 

Payment Terms and fees

  • Payment is due the day you book your service. We accept various payment methods, ensuring convenience for our customers. 
  • Late payment fees will apply if payment are late.
  • prices are liable to change at any time, 
  • use a valid care that is in your name 
  • you must inform us immediately if your payment details are no longer valid
  • you authorise us to seek pre- authorisation of your payment card. you also authorise us to charge your payment card in full on the day of the scheduled booking or after the scheduled booking 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe access to their properties. We cannot be held liable for any damages incurred due to client negligence during the cleaning process. 

Changes and Modifications 

  • Mills Maid reserves the right to update our terms and conditions as needed. Clients will be informed of any major changes via email or through our website. By using Mills Maid’s cleaning services, you agree to these terms and help us maintain a standard of excellence for all. Thank you for choosing Mills Maid - where clean living begins!

Insurance

  • All cleaner are fully insured for any services you book through our website.

 

Other information 

  • You must be over the age of 18 to use our services online 
  • The personal information you provided us with when making your booking needs to be true and accurate and current
  • You must notify us if any of your personal information changes by contacting millsmaid@outlook.com
  • Provide a safe environment for the cleaning to work, removing  all hazardous items.
  • Notify us if you have an pets.
  • if you have any complaints please contact millsmaid@outlook.com
  • All clients must provide cleaning materials, we will be happy to provide product for a fee of £5
